INVESTMENT ATTRACTION SITUATION

ATTRACT INVESTMENT IN INDUSTRIAL PARKS

In the first quarter of 2025, the Industrial Park Management Board received 23 new investment projects (16 FDI projects and 07 DDI projects); the total attracted investment capital (newly granted and adjusted) was 196.2 million USD and 1,545 billion VND (equivalent to 283.2 million USD, reaching 28.3% of the 2025 plan target and equal to 69% of the same period in 2024). Also in the first quarter of 2025, the realized investment capital of industrial parks and secondary investment projects in industrial parks reached about 4,900 billion VND, equivalent to 175% of the realized investment capital in the same period in 2024 and equal to 23.3% of the 2025 plan target.
